How do I book?+

Bookings are completed inside your Makutano account, so your tickets and confirmations stay in one place. Choose the tier that suits you here, then finish the booking after signing in.

When are dates and venues confirmed?+

Each occurrence is confirmed individually. While an experience is marked Coming Soon, its dates and venue are still awaiting approval — we publish them on this page as soon as they are confirmed.

What does my ticket include?+

Everything listed under “What to expect”, plus whatever is set out against the tier you choose in “Tickets and pricing”. Nothing is added at checkout that is not shown here.

Can I change or cancel a booking?+

The rules for changes and refunds are set out in Booking cancellation and refunds, with the full contract in our Terms of service. If your question is not covered, contact us before you book.
